Synopsis

It’s an old time melodrama. Seems the sweet old gal that owns our beloved baseball team is in a heap of trouble and is about to loose ownership, lock, stock and barrel, to a dastardly villain who wants to turn the lights out on his rival team for ever. Besides the sweet old gal who owns the team and a snake in the dugout, we’ve got all those delightfully familiar characters -- a handsome wide-eyed hero, who’s as dumb as an empty box of cracker jacks and his girl friend the team owner’s pretty and sweet as cotton candy daughter. Add to that mix a torch singing vamp, a mystery man of sorts and a group of bouncy cheer leaders all ready to sing their hearts out and you got the makings of saving the day, the game and the team.
